Matrix Office Services Ltd is a privately owned company with a combined experience of over 65 years in the service industry.

Established in November 2000 and thanks to the support and recommendations of our clients, the business has grown while still maintaining the same family morals which we began with.

We’re able to offer a bespoke service to tailor and fit your exact requirements whether it be cleaning, porterage services or other soft services in offices and residential blocks.

Most of all, we pride ourselves on being able to build and maintain long lasting relationships with both our clients and our workforce.

John Milton

Managing Director

Hi and welcome, I am John Milton, and I am the Managing Director of Matrix Office Services Ltd. which we (my wife & I) started from our home office in early 2000.

Matrix was formed after I had worked for several companies in senior positions, and I was always thought there was something more I could bring to table, over the past 21 years I have worked on developing Matrix to how it is today.

As MD I am very hands on within the company with regular site visits to personally check on standards, meet with the team and interact directly with our clients.

Outside of Matrix I like to unwind from the pressures by hitting a golf ball around the course and constantly working on improving my handicap (any advice is willingly taken).

Hello, I am Laura Milton I am a (more behind the scenes) Director of Matrix Office Services Ltd.

I have been married to John for almost 30 years and have been a part of growing this business up from the ground. I have over 30 years of experience in the cleaning and service industry, having worked in all areas of the business, from cleaning to site supervision and now heading up the office overseeing the administration side of things.

In my spare time I do love to bake and have a passion for creating novelty cakes.

Area Manager

Hello, I am Sam. I am an Area Manager and I help to manage our team of operatives in London.

I have over 22 years’ experience working in the industry and 18 years’ working alongside John within Matrix Office Services Ltd.

When I first started working with Matrix I started as a part time cleaner and have now progressed to be a major and vital part of the team. I pride myself on being able to adapt to the situation that needs me and from this I have received the nick name ‘Super Sam’.

Outside work I am a doting father and husband and will do anything for my family and friends.

Hi, I am Becky Milton and I joined Matrix Office Services Ltd in 2018 and have been working alongside John, the MD learning the crucial parts of the business.

My job role allows me to do everything from the day-to-day operations of the business, to keeping our ISO accreditation up to date. The freedom I have, provides me the opportunity to help wherever I am needed.

When I am not at work, I love to take my dog for long walks with my fiancé and spend time with my niece and nephew.

Hello, I am Godwin and I have worked with Matrix Office Services Ltd. for several years.

I work within one of our residential buildings and believe I have a very professional attitude towards work and tenants. My loud personality allows for me to fit right in and create very good relationships with the people I work with.

I am always happy, and I feel this helps my onsite team to do their very best and fully respect my supervisor skills.
